The Proforge Standard Single Bevel Weld-On Bucket Edge Strip is a cost-effective solution for buckets used in light to moderate wear conditions. Manufactured from 250-grade untempered alloy steel, these wear strips are easy to weld and work with, making them ideal for custom fabrication or applications where post-installation heat treatment may be required.
With a natural hardness rating of HB 220–250, these edges offer reliable performance and durability. The 75° single bevel profile provides a clean cutting edge, and the rolled steel design ensures consistent mechanical properties throughout the section, unlike sheet steel alternatives that may vary near the bevel.
