Double Bevel Bucket Wear Edge Strip - Weld-On Cutting Edge - Heat-Treated
The Proforge Double Bevel Weld-On Bucket Edge Strip is engineered for high-performance in extreme wear environments. Manufactured from heat-treated 500-grade alloy steel, these edges are ideal for agricultural, construction, and industrial applications where durability and longevity are essential.
With a hardness rating of HB 470-530 throughout the full thickness, these wear strips offer consistent strength and abrasion resistance. The double bevel profile ensures a clean cutting edge and efficient material flow, while the weld-on design allows for secure, permanent installation.
These edges are easy to weld, require no additional machining, and maintain uniform mechanical properties across the entire section, unlike standard sheet steel alternatives.
