Heavy-duty weld-on bucket wear strips with a single bevel profile. Made from HB500-grade heat-treated steel for extreme wear resistance. Available in 6 sizes.
PROFORGE 500 (Heat treated for greater productivity) Single Bevel Bucket Wear Edge Strip
The Proforge Single Bevel Weld-On Bucket Edge Strip is built for high-performance in extreme wear environments. Manufactured from HB500-grade heat-treated alloy steel, these wear strips are ideal for agricultural, construction, and industrial applications where durability and longevity are essential.
With a hardness rating of HB 470-530 throughout the full thickness, these edges offer consistent strength and abrasion resistance. The 75 ° single bevel profile provides a sharp cutting edge and efficient material flow, while the weld-on design allows for secure, permanent installation.
These edges are easy to weld, require no additional machining, and maintain uniform mechanical properties across the entire section, unlike standard sheet steel alternatives.
