Hardened and tempered steel suitable for applications with extreme and particularly heavy wear
Hardness HB 470-530 (after the heat treatment performed on the entire thickness of the profile)
Produced from an alloy steel with a low carbon content
Easy to weld and work
Extreme hardness as a result of an excellent chemical composition
No additional machining required (unlike sheet steel, saving time and money)
Mechanical properties remain the same throughout the section (sheet steel profile properites can vary near the bevelled area
Measurement (C) is 75 degrees
