Duratil Cast weld-on sections offer the highest hardness and easy weldability, meaning they last longer and can be used with a variety of machinery. Available in a range of wing edges, shin guards, and replacement tips you can use Duratil Cast sections to refurbish or upgrade standard wearing parts. Due to the unique material composition, Duratil can be welded with either standard mild steel MIG or ARC welding processes.

Duratil is a unique white cast iron specially alloyed with nickel and chromium, suitable for dry and wet abrasive conditions, but not ideally suited to high impact or rocky applications.
