Due to the unique material composition, Duratil can be welded with either standard mild steel MIG or ARC welding processes.

Duratil is a unique white cast iron specially alloyed with nickel and chromium, suitable for dry and wet abrasive conditions, but not ideally suited to high impact or rocky applications.
