Internal tension bushes for use as bearings, made of rolled, heat-treated spring steel, DIN 1498. Internal tension bushes are ideal for high-load, low-speed applications in harsh, non-lubricated environments. The internal tension bushes have tapered ends to facilitate installation and removal. The internal tension bushes must be pressed into the hole so that the slot is not in the load zone but rather offset by about 90° from the direction of force.
