These products are manufactured in Germany from rolled High quality Spring Steel, and they are hardened and tempered up to 45-49 HRC.
Permanent Quality Control along the Production Process assures consistent high quality.
Among properties tested in the SHW QC department are hardness, capacity and deforming.
Every Spear is hand straightened in the final production process.
Each bale spear is stamped with the SHW Logo, the crown and date of manufacture. Without these stamps, it is not an original SHW bale spear.
Conical Tapered feature, ensures a secure fit while in use, creating less wear on the tine
