ROWLAND ENGINEERING Grain Silos (x8); Job Lot with Drying Fans & Filling Auger - 8 Corrugated Galvanized Steel Silos with approx 120 Tonne Capacity each, fitted with inspection/access hatches, Roof ladders and handrail systems for safe top access, Current concrete bases all in good condition. Portable Auger System on wheels capable of 100 tonnes/hour, electric motor, hopper intake for easy trailer tipping, Isolator switch, Sweep auger to clear the bottom of silo. 2 x Carver Grene/Cornercroft Axial fans, electric powered, Robydome control system for both fans, to allow controlled drying, currently mounted in a ventilated housing, connected via ducting to silos, RHS3 humidity and temperature sensor unit fitted for monitoring. Currently all in situ with all power and control cabling in place; to be sold as seen, with buyer to dismantle and remove. Some cosmetic weathering but all structural elements are sound.
