OKO On-Road Tyre Sealant, Puncture Prevention, 1.25ltr (with Valve Removal Tool)

The OKO On Road Grade is a tyre sealant/tyre slime designed predominantly for the needs of 4x4s, vans, trailers and light commercial vehicles.

Can be used for heavier traditional 4×4 vehicles e.g. Land Rover Defender (with normal manufacturer high-profile tyres) that travel on road as well as off road, subject to the careful observance of speed limits.

Also recommended for caravans, mobile homes, boat trailers, horse boxes, etc.

OKO Tyre sealer is formulated to last longer in fast moving hotter on road tyres. It copes with the additional speed and heat and reduces the temperature inside the tyre.

• Suitable for tubeless tyres only
• Seals holes up to Ø 7 mm
• Specially formulated for use in 4x4s, caravans, horse trailers, boat trailers, etc.
• Can be used as an emergency repair product (used with an air compressor)
• Can be used on vehicles with external TPMS systems
• Not recommended for vehicles with internal TPMS systems
• Not recommended for low profile tyres (40 profile or lower): tyres with a V or faster rating

Characteristics

Aqueous glycol based solution.

Comprises specially treated constituents of the highest grade, environmentally friendly rust inhibitors for anti-corrosion purposes, adhesion agents, gums and preservatives, held in suspension to provide a carefully engineered matrix.

Will NOT adversely affect tyres or rims. Contains anti-corrosion agents that protect steel and varnished alloy wheels. (NOTE: Chrome-effect finishes are fragile and not suitable for sealants).

Vehicles using OKO On Road grade must have their wheels professionally balanced and remain in balance prior to application. A running-in period as specified on the label must be observed. Subject to these important measures, the product should be capable of use up to the legal limits applicable to the vehicle.

Vehicles fitted with TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring systems) must check with their manufacturer whether the system is capable of operating with puncture sealant in the tyre. TPMS that operates outside the tyre is unaffected by sealant.
