Designed to fit your existing bucket, this heavy-duty hydraulic bucket brush transforms a telehandler, loader or materials handling bucket into a productive sweeping attachment without the cost of a dedicated sweeper machine.

Suitable for use with telehandlers, wheeled loaders and tractor loader buckets, the PROFORGE Bucket Brush can be used to sweep and collect a wide variety of materials including mud, grain, slurry, aggregate, feed waste, equine waste and general yard debris.

The brush features a compact, heavy-duty high-performance spline drive hydraulic motor designed for maximum engagement and efficient power transfer. A fully galvanised body provides excellent resistance to corrosion and helps extend service life in demanding agricultural environments.

The 560mm diameter PolyTwist ProBrush incorporates a quadruple engagement brush system for maximum sweeping performance and durability. With a sweeping width of 2100mm, the brush provides excellent coverage while maintaining a compact and practical design.

The brush rotation is fully reversible, allowing operators to sweep material in either direction depending on working conditions and application.

Designed to Fit Most Buckets

The adjustable mounting arms are designed to fit most bucket widths and heights and are supplied complete with weld-on pivot brackets. The quick hitch bucket fitment design allows the brush to be securely mounted whilst maintaining ease of operation.

This model is suitable for buckets with widths between 2.21m and 2.44m (7'3" to 8'0") and bucket heights from 0.6m to 1.25m (2'0" to 4'1") measured from the bucket top to the wear edge.

Brush height adjustment allows operators to optimise sweeping performance as brush wear occurs, helping maximise the service life of the bristles.

Advanced Hydraulic Protection

The PROFORGE Bucket Brush incorporates an in-line hydraulic motor protection valve which provides full motor protection up to 240 bar and 170 l.p.m. Unlike systems fitted with a shut-off valve, this design protects against hydraulic surges and backpressure whilst ensuring the motor continues to operate within optimal flow and pressure parameters for maximum reliability and performance.

The unit is supplied with 1/2" female hydraulic fittings on both hoses and requires a minimum oil flow of 38 l.p.m at 69 bar.
