Kit includes 1.2m x 450mm perforated base unit with 450mm –150mm reducing cone and 2m x 150mm extension pipe.

Suitable for the storage of crops between 3m-5.5m.

Recommended to be used with either HA501289 fan, HA501290 fan or HA501291 Evo fan.

Polycool is a plastic vertically standing, crop cooling and conditioning system, evolved from 40 years of research and development. It is used to control the heat of floor stored crops, using a fan positioned at the top of the pedestal.

Polycool is a cost effective and flexible solution that ensures crops stay free from moulds and insects. Plastic pedestals are very much more robust than metal pedestals, withstanding years of rugged loader handling, whilst delivering the same cooling rates.

A 450mm slotted base section, allows air movement, reducing down to either a 200mm or a 150mm extension pipe, which is not slotted. Once grain is covering the ‘pedestal’, a fan is placed on top and used to either suck or blow heat from the crop as required.

Constructed from robust food-grade twin wall plastic, the Polycool pedestals have been tested and approved by ADAS, and have a 50% more open area than other products available allowing fans to work to their full potential.
