DD Ring and DD Lite Gang Refurbishment Service

For Simba/Great Plains Machines, Uni-Press, Culti-Press, Double and Single Press, X-Press, Solo, Flat-Liner, DD Lite and any other Press Gangs fitted with DD Rings 

Replacing DD Rings can typically extend the life of your machine by another 10 Years, but it can be a daunting and dangerous procedure without the right equipment.

Full refurbishment includes replacing the following parts:

• New 600mm/700mm ring halves,
• New bearing spools,
• New nut spools, nuts & split pins,
• New bearings and grease tubes,
• New bearing fixings.
• Shafts are re-used (unless damaged) and they are additional cost if needed.

In preparation, the DD Gangs/Packers have to be unbolted from the machine frame by yourselves - we cannot take in whole machines, just the Ring Gangs - and either delivered to Agri-Linc Thaxted depot CM6 2QE, or collected by us 

All work is undertaken by experienced Agricultural Engineers, and parts fitted are quality components as sold day to day through our Parts department.
