PROFORGE Bolt-On Cutting Edge System
This bolt-on cutting edge system developed by PROFORGE saves you time and money because there won’t be traditional weld repairs for the tip of your bucket anymore.
Renovations won’t be tied to time, place or weather conditions, as welding or heat processing is not needed. This also allows the risk-free use of HB500 hard abrasion resistant steel on your bucket.
The principle of the bolt-on cutting edge system:
–After installing the weld in toe plate, maintenance is done by changing the bolt on reversible wear edge.
–The wear edge will efficiently protect the bottom of the bucket and the toe/mounting plate.
This COMPLETE KIT comprises of:
1 x Proforge 500 HT weld in toe plate 150x16x2350mm with 11 holes
1 x Proforge 500 HT double bevel / reversible bolt on wear edge 203x19x2350mm with 11 holes
11 x fixings to suit
This system suits most 7'6" buckets. The reversible bolt on edge provides 100mm of wear before it needs replacing
